This "rice bowl" really tastes like those Don I have at Japanese restaurants, and its super simple and healthy because I've used brown rice!
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 teaspoon of Teriyaki Sauce
150g of Brown Rice
Instructions:
1. Prepare rice with your own method ( I use a microwavable bowl that can cook rice in 17 mins in the microwave =P)
2. Cook egg, sunny side up
3. Serve rice into bowl first, then add 1 teaspoon of teriyaki sauce on top of the rice
4. Lay egg on top
5. Eat!
